Kick It. Skills

Kick It. Skills is a skills-based program designed primarily for school students to Kick It. straight after school.

Whilst the program is designed to run immediately after school for parental and guardian convenience, each program and location is flexible to suit needs of the participants.

Kick It. Skills programs run for 45 minutes focusing on fast paced fun, improving with every session and getting the most out of each session. Participants are encouraged to try new skills and tricks in an environment that failure does not exist, only learning.

Kick It. Skills is perfect for both new to the game and current players allowing them to learn new skills and improve fundamental
football skills.

Program runs in Term One commencing from February 15 and run up to March 26.

Dates vary between schools – check the booking form for more details on your preferred location.

Kick It. Skills Age Groups:

  • K – Y1: Having fun with the ball, fundamental movement, skills/coordination and growing a love for the game in a pressure-free environment.

  • Y2 – Y4: Building the toolbox, improving technical skills including shooting and dribbling. Learn to follow instructions, teamwork and develop their self-confidence.

  • Y5 – Y7: Refining the skills, tricks and techniques, developing 4 core skills (Striking the Ball, First Touch, 1v1, Running
    with the Ball).
  • Y8 – Y10: Understanding more technical aspects of the game and introducing strategy and tactical game play.

  • Y11 – Y12: Improving game play strategy and tactics as a team, better understanding of positions and roles within a Football team.

Kick It. Skills Age Groups:
